"I went into this Home Depot because I was getting water softener salt. The people at customer service were so helpful in getting me to the pro desk where Vance loaded it on my cart for me. I have a bad back so lifting those types of things is not really something I should spend my time doing. I was met at the register by Jen, who made sure I got the 6-unit discount that I asked her about. There was a wonderful lot attendant who loaded it into my car for me (you'll have to forgive me I don't remember his name as it was a couple of days ago). All in all everyone was helpful and made it convenient and easy for me. Really easy experience."
