"Horrible service. Went in thinking my family and I would walk out with a great living room set and instead walked out extremely upset. We were "greeted" by a gentleman. I want to say he was maybe Chinese? I'm not sure and I apologize if I'm wrong. However, my sons sat on one of the chairs and he gave them the dirtiest looks ever. When my husband and I would ask questions regarding their selections he was very short answered. Also, I asked where his trash was and his response was "we don't have a trash" like really? You're beyond rude. I have no idea how you were hired but that man needs major customer service skills. Thanks but no thanks. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Urban Chic, you can thank your employees for that! And a word of advice for that gentleman... do not judge based on looks. We may have looked young but believe me, we were ready to buy SEVERAL items. Good luck in the future. Smh."
