"Today we picked up this amazing couch, pillows, and lamp, all for great low prices and high quality items. After shopping at over a dozen furniture and home decor stores all day, we found the absolute best items here. Adding on to all of the amazing items in the shop, the service was unbelievable. The couch was so large it took two trips, and one of the people working there offered to come back even after the store closed to help us get the next parts of the couch loaded into our car. Service was amazing, items were amazing, and the prices were amazing. 100% will be coming back."

"I've debated a long time about posting a review on this shop, but here goes. The day I entered this shop I had high hopes, I'm from the east coast and have never had a problem entering consignment shops, and receiving assistance to find items that will fit into my household. This particular day I entered this shop naively with high hopes and immediately started looking around, eventually I went to multiple employees to ask for assistance, but they would find something else to do or find another customers to help when I approached. I was not acknowledged, so I decided to just stand in line at the check out until I got to the front and an employee eventually acknowledged me. This employee led me to another employee who acknowledged my request and directed me to a mass storage shed they had, told me to have a look around, and then left (read this employee was nowhere in sight when I had questions about items). I'm not sure if they were just exceptionally busy that day (maybe 5 other customers in the store with multiple employees on the floor at the time I went) or what, but I felt extremely unwelcomed. This was extremely disheartening because any time I have entered a consignment shop in the past I have received assistance and acknowledgment, or at least a word from employees to hang around for a couple of minutes to be assisted properly; and I have never been outright abandoned in a storage area by an employee that is supposed to be helping. I'm not sure if that's just the culture in this area or what, but it's absolutely a loss of revenue from customers that are willing to pay good prices for items that fit their aesthetic. 2 stars instead of 1 for the quality and cleanliness of the store."
