"Went in with the intention of buying a new mattress and adjustable bed. There were 3 employees working. I made eye contact with at least 2 of them yet never got a greeting or any help. We couldn’t try half of the beds because there were people just hanging out on them. We won’t be buying from Casper."

He was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and find us the perfect match for what we were looking for. We were shopping with our two young children which is usually a disaster but due to the setup of the store and the friendliness of the employees we were able to spend time trying out all the options. Thomas was also available via phone and email as well as in store which was helpful so when we had follow up questions after we left we didn’t have to go back in.
