"We had the best sales associate named Paula. She was very helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us space when we needed to deliberate. The couch we chose has fabric that is "bullet-proof" for our cats. It is still soft but very durable. And reclines and has cup holders. Perfect! Ashley outlets has the best prices as well. "We went to the Lathrop store after visiting 2 other Ashley stores. We called from the Emeryville location to ask about outdoor furniture- before making the hr+ drive at 6:30pm. We were assured by the manager that they had the largest selection and it was very likely we would find a fit for whatever we were looking for. Didier was our sales rep when we arrived. He had just the balance of working for our business and giving us space to sit in the furniture and make decisions. By the store closing we had a great deal on a fire table patio set AND a living room set with a rushed delivery to accommodate a milestone celebration we were hosting.
