"Terrible delivery and scheduling system. 1. While it lets you schedule your date for delivery, you will only know the rough time on the night before. If you don't like the time, reschedule for at least 2 days later. 2. And on that day, you will have to reply to a text message from the delivery guy, which was not mentioned anywhere at any time. If you missed it, reschedule for at least 2 days later, and you still don't know the time till the nigh before. 3. And there is nowhere to change the recipient phone number but directly used the custemer phone number when you purchased the mattress. If you did not know you have to search online for chat support to change it, reschedule for at least 2 days later. Terrible customer experience."
