"I, personally, haven’t had any negative experiences here. It’s none of my business how any of the staff is *feeling* that particular day I’m shopping there just so that I won’t get offended by anyone, and if I really need to use the restroom (and I often do), I’ll go elsewhere. You can’t have your cake AND eat it. The prices have gone up a little bit over the last 2 years, but so have at every other business. Donating’s very easy, I do it in the mornings when the boxes are usually still mostly empty. Parking’s a bit of a challenge, but that’s life. I usually find what I need (and what I don’t :)), and some of the donations just simply surprise me (in a good way). It’s a great place to find anything from odd knickknacks to new clothing, even."
"Great variety of items. Clean store. Tons of toys. Friendly staff. Parking is tough to find, and you may have to park across the street but it's a great area and lots of items inside. Love this store."
"Convenient location. You have to really take your time when looking through the shelves in the back. You never know what you might find. Selection of things in each department is good. Employees are nice and helpful. Got a duffel bag in good condition for $8! I was definitely able to find what I went in for and will be returning in the future! Thank you!"
"I drove 20 minutes to get hard to find fabric when i got there nowhere to be found. Says 10 in stock. There is many helpful and nice employees. Clarissa took her time to help me and check in back storage are and found it. I really appreciate her going the extra mile. She was so nice to do that. Mary was so helpful at checkout she helped me look too. Thanks girls"
"ZERO handicapped parking. The "path" to get to the front door from the parking lot (across the road) requires a person to be physically able to climb up on a 4" concrete curb, walk over a sharply slanted, uneven HILL, then DOWN another 4" curb just to reach the 4 lane road you have to cross to even get to the building! Hella inaccessible!! Though I did (eventually) make it to the building, half of the clothing aisles were too close together to navigate, & other aisles were plain impassable with items blocking them. To top it all off, they barely had any plus size clothing at all. I don't recommend this Goodwill. At all."
