"While I love the product, the delivery and assembly process has been unsatisfactory as SOBU's instructions were not sufficient enough for the delivery team, so I have an unassembled table. I have reached out to SOBU multiple times and they have not found a solution to assist me, and I have been left with an unassembled table for over a month. If I return the product, I am charged a restocking and delivery fee since the item wasn't damaged, however, it is not serving its purpose either. Therefore, it's looking like I will have to outsource the assembly and pay that out of pocket as I cannot assemble a 200lb table myself."
