"There was one GoodWill new store on Durant here in Oakland back then.They got the best spot and they're clothes are so clean and I love their service. Me and my boyfriend we spend $100 on clothes only and I was fully satisfied with my shopping that day. Two weeks later I went back to the place and the place was closed. I was so sad that day to see that they moved from that place. I've always love shopping at GoodWill .. they always put a smile on my face. Good people and I'm blessed to know them all. You the best GOODWILL.. please continue the good work and God Bless folks"

"Went in an asked for help..told the lady I only had a few bucks but I needed a change of clothes for both me and my 7yr old son as we had to get out of a bad place for our saftey..I tried to reason with her and asked maybe just get 1 shirt an 1 pants for just my kid..And that manger had the nerve to tell me No..I understand that if they gave everyone something for free there wouldn't be a business,but no body was asking permission or to give for free more like discount..I couldn't believe it..I just watched this Mexican manger give another Mexican lady a giant discount right before I asked her for help and that lady never even asked for one.then I get up to you and you tell me you can't help me with one outfit for my 7yr old kid and someone gave these things to you for free..that lady needs to be fired..but in the mean time two people walking right out the front door without paying at all..I'll never go to that location again.and I'll never recommend the people that fallow me on social media...my thousands of people that fallow me will know how good will did me an my son dirty"

"This place is so convenient and so much fun. Plus, they're open until 7pm seven days a week so when u need a little last minute somethin' somethin" it's great to have it down the street. The employees have always been polite and generous when I go in. Considering the diverse customers that come in with their own baggage going on or others wanting service NOW, it's amazing how calm the employees are. The choices have reduced over time - more donation storage possibly- but there's always something good to find."
