"I walked into the store and i showed francisco a picture of the matress i wanted which was medium comfort. He showed me the mattress i laid on it. Today they delivered a mattress but it was not a medium , its a firm . Now they are saying there is a 20 percent fee to exchange it and a $100 fee to come inspect it. I laid on a medium comfort mattress paid for a medium comfort and i get a firm mattress. And you want to charge me for your mistake. I have a bad back and thr saleman knew it why would i buy a firm mattress. I hope somebody makes it right by exchanging the one they sent by mistake for the right one."

Before going to the store I went online to see what options struck my interest and fulfilled our wants and needs for the guest bedroom. After we had an idea of what we wanted, we went to the store to test some of the mattresses and feel what the differences were. It being Labor Day weekend we found a very good deal on not only the mattress, but on the waterproof mattress protective cover. I figure if you are going to invest in a mattress. You may as well protect that mattress to extend the life. We were able to get a very good deal on both. I also learned that it is easier to make returns dealing with the actual store location, then dealing with the online platform after bringing up some of the online reviews I read."
