Sofas 4 Less

"Bought a sofa for 2300.00 recently. When it arrived I noticed the bottom liner was hanging so as I was told at the time of the sale that satisfaction was,guaranteed.I called and reported and they said that they would be in contact with me..so far they have not responded. I'm very disappointed in this company. Mel and Omar both contacted me on December 28th and issued a $200.00 credit for the inconvenience. Thanks for getting back promptly."

"Staff is friendly. Walked in looking for a sofa....saw the one we wanted but didn't want to wait the 2-6 weeks. Fell in love with the floor model. The guy filling in for the owner called the owner to see if we could possibly purchase the floor model at a discounted price. He gave us a great price which included the large ottoman. My husband and I go home to measure and although the sofa would fit, the ottoman would not. I go back to the store and tell the guy that the ottoman would not fit and asked him if he could call the owner to adjust the price without the ottoman. The owner said he had to sell it with the ottoman. I said but it has a separate price tag.....so you're telling me that if I came in and just wanted to buy the sofa I'd HAVE to be forced to buy the ottoman too???? Too bad he lost a 4k sale."
