"No way to get a hold of store employees. The store employees canceled part of my order with a $0 promotional item instead of ordering the item in. They said they would fix it, it has been 12 days I still do not have my item. There is no one to talk to, the store is 40 minutes away from me. All customer service is done at a call center. Store employees and supervisor did not follow thru on proving me with a resolution, in fact they created the issue because they canceled my item instead of doing work and ordering it in. Incompetent staff."
