"Just had the worst customer experience at Cherie Rose. After my partner had been a 10 year customer and purchased many items over those years, we had a purchase not work when we got it home. When we went to return it we got the "no refund" policy waved in our faces with some very poor customer experience. Seemed to me like business is too good to give high quality customer service. We had the item for 24 hours and can't return it without a store credit policy. I'll go to other stores from now on."
