"A complete scam from day one. They practice the oldest game in the book. The 'every day' price was exactly 30% lower than what they had the couch on sale for. So, they marked it up by 30%, charged almost $2,000 to select a different fabric which was poorly done, and then didn't include the throw pillows that were supposed to come with it nor provide any documentation of the additional $250 that I paid to cover fabric protection. Why this is not considered a criminal act is beyond me. I only went through with the sale because my husband liked the couch. I will never again deal with this company."
