"The last two times I went, the car wash broke. The first time, the attendant tried to convince me it was my fault that the wash broke. He told me I should have waited to pay for my wash until the car in front of me was finished. I said there are no signs that say this, and he told me and I quote, "Because that's how all car washes work". I almost laughed at him. They do not work this way. I came back again another day, months later, because I was in a hurry, and the wash broke again; however, this time I did NOT pay for my wash yet. So it clearly wasn't my fault, but I find it interesting how he felt comfortable accusing an innocent customer of breaking the wash, especially when he knew it was a lie. Do not go here for a car wash."

"The only gas station in the world that doesn't take credit. Also they charge 0.35 for using debit. You should be paying me to use debit. Just extremely weird to me."

"Was here about a year ago and the car wash didn't work. I asked for a refund and the employee behind the counter does this whole song and dance on how he can't offer a refund and can only give you a "code" for another car wash. I explained to him that I am not from the area and won't be back here anytime soon and I'm asking for a refund (note it was under $10). He then proceeds to go to the back of the store and come out and smack cash on the counter and say "fine, I'll give you my money for a refund." I told him I didn't want his money and I was asking the business for a refund. I left thinking it was really odd, but didn't leave a review because I figured he just had a bad day or something. Until today, I walked in to see another customer arguing with the SAME guy about a refund on the broken car wash. The customer wanted a $9 refund. The employee then pulls the SAME stunt. Takes money from out back and slams it on the counter and says "fine, take my money." The customer again said "I don't want your money. I want a refund." This place needs to get it together. If your car wash doesn't work, GIVE CUSTOMERS REFUNDS and stop this employee from making it such a show EVERY SINGLE TIME someone gets upset about your "no refund policy." Geez."
