"Customer service is no good. Lady in front, no good. People working the aisle no good. Checkout staff no good. Then, leaving for pizza, staff, no good. This is the worst costco I've been to. I been to around 10. If this was my only impression, I would never go to costco and never recommend it. If anyone recommends costco to me, yeah, maybe when it was called price club. The regional manager needs to audit this location because it trash"

"Where the big tray area is where people stand a line to check out. When we check out we put all our stuffs on the big tray, and once we scan we move it to the small tray. But the register doesn't let me so the assitance came and gave me an attitude and also said it depends on where we stand. ???? We all line up behind the big tray area. Is it my fault of not knowing this? Or is it costco's layout problem? I don't see any clear instruction to put and move where to where. Very diassapointing."

"The lady at the entrance was trying to control the crowd, rudely. She was telling people to hurry and move, harshly. I understand that Costco was busy, and that this Costco has a lot of Asian shoppers, but it is not a reason for her to be rude and impatiently harsh. After all, she portrays the image of Costco customer service. No matter how unruly the crowd, she has to maintain her professionalism. Zero star for the check in lady. On the other hand, the cashier was really nice. Also, the men who were checking the receipts were courteous. A plus 2 stars."
