"The owner refuses to abide by his owm shop's signage and Google information for Supreme Gallery 2 which should open at 8:30AM; he makes excuses as to why it isn't open at that time - often blaming employees, as if he had no part in hiring them. He told me to go to this shop if that one was not open since his would be, but this location does not open until 9AM, so how is that going to help the situation at all? Nobody answers the phone at either location. The owner blatantly dismisses any complaints. It really is such a dang shame because I love SG2. I just wish the owner wouldn't be so awful at customer service and would commit to ensuring the store is open at the time they are supposed to. It's common decency and the proper way to run a business."
