"I had a fantastic experience at Urban Glass! Typically, I am very uncomfortable in smoke shops because I don't feel welcome or I feel like I'm wasting the employees time because I am not an expert. I had the exact opposite experience here. James was immediately welcoming, and we had a great conversation. I explained what I wanted, and he showed some pieces at prices I didn't think I could get them for. Other reviews talked about the great prices, and they are 100% true. The shop was small, but had a lot of merchandise for the size. It felt very high end and clean, unlike other shops, and had a great vibe, with cool framed pictures everywhere and shelves made of sick metal pipes and fancy wood. About half of the pieces are locally blown, which is important to me because I like to support local art. I will definitely shop here again!"
