"Do not buy any products that require charging at this place. I bought a wax pen battery on Friday night for an event, once I attempted to charge the battery did not turn on nor work. I charged the pen overnight and still it did not turn on. I visited the store on Sunday 09/10 to return or exchange it for a different product, given that they sold me a bad product to start with, and the man working at 12 pm was extremely passive, rude and reluctant to be of any help. He stated they had a no return/exchange policy, which is understandable, but the product was already nonfunctional once it was bought. I asked if he could kindly contact the business owner or supervisor to remediate the issue and he was completely unwilling. The individual preferred an unhappy customer over making an effort to fix the issue his store caused in the first place. Make sure you test all your products before you walk out of the store or they will not help you afterwards. Too bad they were not willing to work with the customer."

Maybe I’m just unlucky Saw him give someone a discount once just cause they were buddy buddy, but when I come back with a defunct product man says “can’t do any discounts don’t even have the option on the machine.”"
