"Will never return here. The lady up front was super rude I walked out without buying anything . The lady litterly had her friend in there drinking her tall can of beer with her toddler sitting on the glass. Counter. Kinda either Seems like she hates her job or maybe disliked what I looked like. I’m not positive. I asked her questions regarding the product she’s selling and her answer was I don’t know I don’t smoke. It’s called Product knowledge, you don’t have to smoke to be knowledgeable."

"Place opened at 9am, got there at 10:30 but waited until 10:45 because clerk was in the restroom. Didn't have a simple vape tank, but had shelves of batteries and other accessories. Item marked 99 cents cost $2?? Place looked nice but was over priced and less than great service."

"When I had entered this Smoke shop I had walked around downtown searching for an nearby open store at night. I recalled on this street there used to be a smoke shop I went to in 2019. And so I walked over to the storefront and noticed it was under new management. The white painted walls, reflective glass showcase containers is flashy in the best way. This storefront is colorful and attractive to the eye. I briefly spoke to one of the sales associates, letting him know I really loved what the aesthetic and open layout the new owner selected. I wanted to wish him much success and wealth in his business. And so the sales associate got the attention of the owner, Jason for me. Jason inform he currently owns 3 successful Smoke shop locations and has been doing business in this industry for +10 years. The Dtown smoke shop has a wide range of selection. I appreciate that he waited for me to approach the counter to request to see an item out of the glass showcase or add an item to my order. I was gifted a free product from the store owner, Jason, as it was dainty and not a very popular item this season. I look forward to coming back to Dtown Smoke Shop."
