"Initially, it seemed like a great place, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse as the weeks went by. The owner went on vacation, leaving a new and understaffed team in charge of the daycare. Despite the high number of children in their care, it appeared that the staff had minimal training. As a result, our baby developed a severe diaper rash, which was heartbreaking. When we reached out to the owner for answers, her initial response was to request payment for the upcoming week. It would have been more reassuring if she had addressed our concerns first. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone."
