"I bought a PuffCo Proxy from Surfside this weekend for >$300. Before purchasing, I shared with the employees that I've struggled with PuffCo products in the past and they assured me this was a good product and I could make sure it worked. Upon arriving home and plugging in the device (with the included cord), I noticed that nothing happened, which isn't super alarming so I left it to charge. After hours of troubleshooting videos, trying different outlets, and reading online, I figured out I had a faulty device. Even though they sold me the device and knew I hadn't used it, the owner flatly denied my return request since it's an "electronic". Don't shop here."
