"Called on a Monday holiday because I was supposed to take my kids to another daycare the following Tuesday, turns out, it wasn’t going to work out because the daycare misunderstood my needs. So I called this daycare to see if I could get an inquiry, if anything maybe a call back the next day but I ended up getting a call the same day, and without hesitation, I just got shut down with “we’re closed today”. Not even a -if you could, please call back tomorrow, or let me take your info down and get back to you. Makes me wonder how the quality of care is here for the kids if they can’t be polite to parents. Definitely won’t be enrolling my kids here."
