"I need to apologize... Mother’s Day, very busy station as expected. The pump #5 wouldn’t take my credit card and directed me to go inside to pay where I was told I had to give a specific dollar amount. I asked if I didn’t use it all, (it wasn’t my vehicle), would the actual amount be deducted or would I have to come back in. The gentleman behind the counter had a very heavy accent and I have some hearing loss... and there were a lot of people talking around me. I asked three times to be sure before leaving thinking I didn’t have to come back in. Stressed, I didn’t look at the amount on the pump or get a receipt... and then I see the entire sixty withdrawn from my account. I guess I was just surprised that little car took that much... I phoned Arco and left a message about this still thinking I was overcharged. I just spoke with my friend with me, the owner of the car, and she did say it stopped pumping at sixty. Anyway, I do apologize..."
"This place is total Fraud . First one of their signs out front has only the cash price of 3.87 however once you get in and use your card it is really 4.07. 20 cents per gallon extra? Ok so if that is not bad enough they also charge you 35 cents more to use your card . Make it one or the other and stop double dipping . Total false advertising. Someone is getting rich"
"I went here yesterday to get gas, air, and a couple cold drinks for my friend after sweating and working hard. I only wanted water for myself and the lady wouldn’t let me fill up my bottle. She blocked me with her mop handle. Filling up my bottle with much needed water is not spreading COVID any more then cash people! Oh believe they let me purchase the gas and air though"
"Terrible service, the cashiers lie straight to your face and throw a fit. I just stated the price sign was wrong, she threw the receipt at me then asked for a bag and she pushed it towards me like no your not getting a bag. I looked at the other employee and said excuse me I asked for a bag and I would appreciate some respect from employees. I then had my items thrown into the bag and told it must be in her head that shes delusional. Yes she was, I still proceeded to be nice and respectful but will never go into that ampm ever again."
"I bought $17.98 with tax of food for my children and I cash... I stopped here for snacks. As I was paying my friend said hey can you cash this lottery scratcher for me with a receipt..it was a $15.00 scratcher. The Indian lady named Gurinder rang me up and I said can you cash this out separately.. She told me my total was 17.98 so I gave her a $20 she gave me $17.02 back.. I said wait you gave me too much money back. She said she used the scratcher as payment..I never asked her to! She and another indian worker looked at the money I had in my open wallet and told me to give my friend the money from my wallet! Then they started talking their language in front of me and laughing! I wad like you are suppose to give me a receipt and cash for my scratcher like i asked. They said it was the same thing..i said no because the money I had in my wallet was for the gas I'm using so i basically had to pay my friend my own money.. They continued speaking in their language.I told them that's rude and at work I don't speak Spanish to my other Spanish coworkers in front of customers because it's rude we don't know what your saying and laughing doesn't help. That is why I'm upset. They finally gave me my receipt for my purchase and the lotto ticket after asking them too. I think corporate needs to talk to these women about etiquette."
