"My daughter was at Year Round Preschool for three years and graduated last year knowing how to read at age 5. Ms. Terry is a great teacher. Her teaching style emphasizes independence, self-reliance and many other positive character attributes that have set a great foundation for my daughter. She loves to learn and continues to excel academically. Two of my nieces attended Year Round Preschool as well, one of which is still attending. On a s side note, my daughter misses going there and asks when she can go back. I told her that I will take her to see Ms. Terry as soon as this covid thing clears up. In summary, Year Round Preschool is a great school and I have recommended it to friends, family and will continue to do so. I am happy that I found Ms. Terry’s school and I am thankful for the positive experience and fond memories that both my daughter and I have of her time there."

"Everyone is taking a risk bringing your child to have in Terry's care. Terry hits the younger children because they cannot say anything. My youngest daughter is having behavioral issues now because of watching Terry physically abuse the children right in front of her. My kids went there for years before they saw Terry do anything to the children. Your child will be physically abused, and/or witness the abuse and then will have issues themselves from being around that environment. Not sure why you are still taking your children to Terry. You all have been made aware that she hurts children. And I see still that people are giving her 5 stars about how they love Terry. You all have been made aware. Are you going to be able to live with yourself after all this information is put out on here by not only me but others and still take your child to Terrys to be physically harmed. Terry hit my youngest daughter 1 time. As soon as my daughters told me about the harm they never went back. They saw Terry hurt these children over and over again. Please take your children else where. Childhood Trauma effects children even when they are adults."

"My daughter has had the best learning experiences with Ms Terry. We started our daughter with Ms Terry when 2 years old and she learned how to read & write before going to kinder-garden. Now our girl is going on 10, but we let her return from time to time because she loves Ms Terry and it is a very safe environment. We would have never been able to have the head start for our daughter if it was for Ms Terry's school. My wife and I Highly recommend Year Round Fun for children 2 and up. We gave several referrals to our friends and neighbors who also stayed many years with Year Round Fun. My daughter now want to write: "I loved being at this school because Ms. Terry was very nice. Kids would cry, but not because of anything Ms. Terry was doing. I loved the way she did art with the kids like me. When i learned how to read there i felt like one of the smartest preschoolers there. I loved watching smart TV shows for kids there and i really like Ms. Terry's adorable cats. I like that i am on the cover of the Year Round Fun school page too! I can't say EVERYTHING i liked about it because that would take probably a million days so that's it for now.""

"Every time I go pick up my nephew , he’s always got something new to show me or tell me he’s learned w ms terry. My nephew has a bit of behavioral issues but ms terry is so good with him and he never wants to leave ! Love this lady"

"My niece had a HORRIBLE experience with this day care provider. I agree with the other person who wrote a review regarding the poor care of children this lady provides. I am currently filing a report with the State licensing board regarding how Ms. Terry treats the children. My niece is still suffering with anxiety, fear, and is trauma from being in the care of this provider. She's not even worth a negative rating. She should not be in business. She attempted to sue me for not paying a $200 cancellation fee that was not included in the contract. She lost. When we went to court she stood in court and told 7 lies of why I pulled my niece out of the school. LITERALLY 7 LIES!!!!!! I couldn't believe it. My niece informed me "I don't want to go to school". "My teacher is mean to me". From the mouths of babes. I kick myself how I handled her cry and allowing her to go another two weeks - which each time my niece cried and didn't want me to leave. I am reporting this to the state's licensing board and I advised her I would be doing so. The court transcripts/documents will show the lies she told in court and will substantiate my truth. I have no need to retaliate, I only want to make it known to others with hopes of avoiding anything worst happening to someone's child. What concerned parent wouldn't address this serious situation. PARENTS, listen to the cries of your children if they express any concerns of dissatisfaction while in her care, please act on it as I have done so."
