"Our daughter was enrolled, with Lucciola Academy, on day one at their first location. We always knew she received the love and support needed in her formative years. It was her home away from home, a place she felt safe, loved and supported. To us it was a place we could trust and knew our daughter would have a positive atmosphere for growth. They often times helped our daughter identify and explore her feelings. Sometimes they were "big feelings" so they took a little more to evaluate and understand. She was often given activities and ample time to explore. They seem big on encouraging your child to find questions to ask themselves then guide them into understanding the why to their questions. The snacks and food offered were healthy and not loaded up with sugary drinks/candy etc. If there was something outside the normal menu then they would share a list of ingredients to be sure our daughter was safe to eat it. They enjoyed a lot of outdoor activities and were never afraid of letting children be children. Overall we highly recommend Lucciola, Ammy and team. We were all saddened the logistics didn't workout for their new location. Our daughter still talks about everyone and is excited when we can do meet ups."

"My son attended Lucciola since he was 9M old and I cannot express how grateful we are for this supportive community of educators and parents. They follow the Reggio-style of educating the children and I can say that it’s been amazing to watch my LO’s growth and curiosity overtime as he becomes into his own person. He’s now two. I highly recommend any new and experienced parents finding a new daycare to check out Lucciola. We had left the Bay Area to be closer to family, but we miss everyone there very much."

"My son went to Lucciola since he was 15 months old till 3 years. He was one of first kids who enrolled when Lucciola started and it was the best experience we had during his time there. It was his second home where he learnt to walk, talk, sing, dance, learn and play. All the staff there is very caring, passionate and friendly. Miss Ammy and Miss Stacie were my son's primary educators during his time at Lucciola and they did a great job helping layout a strong foundation for my son which we will always cherish."
