"Bright Star Family Childcare genuinely cares! It took us months and many on site interviews, finally we found Bright Star, it's by far the best one we had visited. I remember the first day we met Lucy, we brought our 4M son with us and he fell in sleep during the interview, Lucy noticed that and lowered her tone of voice, she's attentive and caring, also very patient. The place is very clean and organized, Lucy speaks Cantonese and Mandarin besides English, our son surprised us with new vocabularies and new skills constantly, we ask our son everyday if he's happy in daycare of the day, at least 95% of times he said happy. Lucy constantly improve the environment of the place, creative toys and quality equipments too. Both indoor and outdoor are very neat, lots of creative activities. On special days and holidays, our son brought back thoughtful craft works for us, it's really lovely. Bright Star Family Childcare is highly recommended, definitely 5 BIG STAR!"

"I've visited IN PERSON, interviewed, over 25 in-home family childcare and I have decided to choose this location in SF. The owner is very patient and SMART! I really appreciated the detailed end of the day reports! It's like a daily report card! This helps me plan for the meals when my daughter gets home. I trust Lucy with my 5 months old infant. I am the type of person that does not trust anyone, I have OCD and anxiety but when I leave my daughter at her care I am more relaxed because she will take care of my daughter better than I will. Everyday she will deliver the best quality of videos and photos of my daughter, this literally makes my heart melt. This location is very clean, the toys that she has are educational. She will take feedback and adjust according to your needs, very accommodating. I would recommend this location to young professionals who have newborns and don't have to worry if your child is okay throughout the day. Highly recommended."
