"I have know Laly for over 20 years, she cared for all 3 of my children. Meeting for the first time, I was impressed with her calm demeanor and her interactions with the children. This is truly an amazing daycare. Not only did my children love going, they often wanted to go on weekends. Laly could get them to nap, eat anything and they learned so much there. The kids help clean up and help one another. The kids just generally loved being at the daycare, feeling loved and cared for. Laly is a great cook, making home cooked meals for the kids, and her daycare is always clean and organized. If you are looking for a daycare where your child can grow, play, learn and feel welcomed, look no further."

"As first time parents, it was very hard to think of having to look for a daycare for our 6 month old. The thought of leaving him with someone other than family was nerve wracking. My wife especially since she deals with anxiety a lot. So we searched and called about 4 different daycares and non really stuck to us. However we came across Children's Cottage when driving home one day and where able to set up a meet and walk through with Laly. We got to see where our son would be and talk about what his day would be like and have any questions we had answered. Laly immediately made us feel welcomed, and made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. Yes, our first drop off was hard as it would be for any first time parent. But as the days went, it became easier. Laly and her helper are so kind and sweet. You can see how much they love the babies and children she cares for. We felt so blessed to be able to have her care for our son while we worked. We ended up moving from SSF to Foster city but that didn't stop us. We continued to take our son there because it didn't feel like we where dropping him off at daycare, it felt like we where dropping him off to a family members home. Thank you for everything Laly!"

"Ligia (Laly) is amazing! She was literally like a second mom to my kids. I have always been so picky and protective of my kids and I was so very happy when I found her. She had all four of my kids from Infant until Middle School. My kids are now 18 - 24 years old and Laly is still one of their favorite people in the world.
