"Played this course many times. Always enjoyed it. The fairways were lush. The greens roll smoothly. The roughs were not as high. As you can see from the pictures, the colors of the trees and grapevines provided wonderful views of the fall season. Luckily, the pace of play for today (12/7/2023) was not bad at all. Would definitely go back many more times."

"Hands down my best golfing experience yet. Everything was pristine. Golf carts were brand new, cleaned, and fully stocked with a towel, scorecard and tees. Driving range and water bottles were complimentary. The views on the course were spectacular throughout. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were ALL in tip-top shape. The Course at Wente is a MUST try for any golfer in the Bay Area and beyond. Truly spectacular."

Carts are delivered to your car as soon as you arrive and there are plenty of staff members to guide you through your round. Marshal was very informative and gave us quite a bit of information to help make our round better. Will definitely be back"

"Phenomenal shape and great experience. Greens were fast and smooth, fairways were well manicured and rough was lush. All staff were receptive and polite, they seemed to know when they were needed and fade away when not. It’s a shame to have such a beautiful course in such an arid area with water restrictions, definitely try to take advantage if you can to play after a wet winter."
