"been coming here for a while but not anymore unfortunately, i went in and bought a clear elfbar, how ever it was fake. compared it to a real one i have, the QR code on it reads a different product, the color of the vape is slightly darker, the flavor taste like a mix between menthol and nail polish, also on the bottom of the vape when you take a puff from it, the light is in a totally different spot. idk whats going on if the owner is switching them out for more profit or if its one of the employee's doing this. either way i got ripped off i'm upset and that's the last time i'll be going their and or recommending their goods to anyone else. hope this helps anyone! ty"

"Buyer beware. If you get sold something it’s “NO RETURNS” even if it doesn’t work for you. Got talked into a product that I’ve seen really good reviews on so I decided to go ahead and buy it. After less than a day I decided it wasn’t the product for me and I went back to the store they said “No returns”. I would have been open to trade what I bought for something else, but it wasn’t an option. So now I’m stuck with a 130.00 purchase I want to just throw in the trash. The other issue I had was the guy told me the vape juice “was the closest thing to a Marlboro”. I couldn’t try it I had to just buy it. When I was able to actually try it, it was disgusting. It tasted like burnt popcorn. Marlboros take bad anyway, but nothing like burnt popcorn. It would have been cool for him to either let me trade on something else, or at least give me a free bottle of another flavor for my troubles. Anyone looking at this review want a Lost Vape Orion...Brand new 85.00, this one was only puffed on 5 times...I’ll sell it for 50.00. Thanks"

"Had a great experience coming in yesterday. I came in with some issues with my MOD and Daniel was very knowledgeable in helping me fix it. As well as providing great discussion and help in looking for what i wanted in set up. Daniel was very patient with all my questions and shows lots of experience in his job. Will absolutely be coming back again. I don't think any other smoke shop comes close to the professional experience and experience of this location."
