"Unfortunately, it was difficult to get a hold of a person when I called the number. This entity seems like a broker or an exchange, or a third party service wherein lawyers’ contract with - to obtain clients. The person, I spoke to, Nicole, was very nice. I was charged immediately for a scheduled consultation. The lawyer tried to call me from a blocked number and called 10 mins. late. I was re-scheduled again in the late afternoon for their paid consultation (not free), but again the lawyer did not call. I waited for 30 mins. and the lawyer still did not call. I asked for a refund of my payment for the supposedly scheduled consultation. Envision services is fast with collecting payment or charging you even before you speak to a lawyer, but will not refund you as fast or immediately as they charged me for the legal consult service that was not provided."
