"This is a gas station is offering products that aren't actually available. Thankfully when I purchased a bottle of clase azul I used pay pal instead of my credit card. The bottle never showed up and communicating with this gas station attendant for a refund was challenging. Ultimately I had to open an investigation with the carrier/PayPal and my money was returned. Don't buy from this "company" is my suggestion."

"Horrible company, wish I could leave less then one star. Won’t respond to an email about a refund and have done nothing about my “lost package”. Package was only attempted for delivery one time as I have it on video. No attempted deliveries were made after that and UPS says that the package is completely lost and this company is doing nothing about it. COMPLETE SCAM and waste of $65. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM"

"Ordered Fortaleza for my partner’s birthday. This is a small batch, hard to come by, bottle of tequila. It’s out of stock everywhere near me in Tampa, and I was worried that Prime Time’s website wasn’t accurately displaying their inventory. I also noticed a few bad Google reviews that claimed they never received their package and had trouble with a refund, but took a chance on Prime Time anyways. Received my bottle today in perfect condition and couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you!"

"Ordered items and they never shipped. Provided a fake UPS label that hasn’t been “picked up” in 3’weeks. Refuse to respond to over 20 requests for refund or to actually ship. They just continue to send the fake UPS label. Total fraud."
