"There's a new boss that arrived maybe 2-3 mos ago who's face looks like he's an Ottoman Empire's warrior's sleazy nephew. He's always trying to make pathetic jokes with customers and thinks he's cute about it. Can't stand him. Also I noticed the frozen products have been flimsy and sometimes stale. It's like it was left in the truck or outside the freezer, letting it melt a little before being put in their won freezer. I'm part Arab myself so I can say this: I hate going to Arab liquor stores. 95% of them still haven't forgotten their 3rd world level type of business practices. The previous Manager Galal was cool, but I was told he's in Yemen. The indian guys there are cool but not this current wannabe boss/manager."
"Love the place is my place to go every time and the cashier is chill and nice"
"Their beer was warm because they keep their fringes at low temperature to save money. Prices are higher than other stores in the neighborhood. They are preying on the weakest members of society just like a lot of these type of businesses in the low income neighborhoods. Like the tenderloin. I will never buy there again."
"After being hounded by the cashier/owner about my age, and being talked down to, I was forced to remove my mask --durring a pandemic-- to confirm I was the owner of MY ID. After I got home I discovered the Grabba Leaf I purchased was old and growing mold. 1 star for the rum."
