"I when in to purchase a product for my hair, the two older ladies were terrible, one started to answer my questions then just walked away to help a young man and continued to help him without finishing we helping me ? I tried be nice saying "excuse me please " she responded "yeah " " I told you were it was" but said " but I still had questions " finally she noticed I was upset so she walked back to me and began to answer my questions. This was the worst experience I ever had I usually write only good reviews, but I recommend anyone to go somewhere else, I went to the one in San bernadino they were nice and helpful. Good luck"

"I come here occasionally not frequently because everything is more accessible on Amazon. However I can understand the 1 star reviews, while I was looking around, the staff did greet and were nice to my face but after they were talking very loudly about a specific customer who left a bad review which I did not think was kind or professional. I can understand why people would rather online shop than shop in person in stores like this."

"i have been coming to this store for a year now i dye my hair once a month and every time i go in there the employees follow me around like i am a thief i have never stole in my life! I was not raised that way and to be followed around like I am a bad person every-time makes me feel horrible! I have to drive all the way to redlands and sometimes moreno vally to get my products just to feel safe! This stores employees need some serious costumer service training! The manager is no better!"
