"I was staying in a hotel near by and I decided to give this place a try for breakfast, based off the online reviews. Those reviews must have been from regular customers, that had no where else to go. I’ve never experienced such RUDE BEHAVIOR from a business!!! I’m estimating this is the culture here; perhaps some areas in the east coast, sailors (on a marina), or a specific branch of the U.S. Military. However, after my experience here, I will NEVER return here again! I’ve returned to some businesses that were a little rude, although their food was amazing. The food here was very bland and without any taste. After I paid cash, the cashier had the nerve to try to force me, to place my change in the tip jar. If you want to be treated like garbage, then come here. If you don’t, then I suggest you give your business to other local shops. Thank you for taking the time to read my review!"

"Nice Deli and Liquor store in a great Marina setting. Of course this is a great convenience for anyone living in the Marina or visiting the island. Great views and comfortable place for a casual lunch. Island has Park with great City views so you can grab a sandwich and your favorite drink and sit out on the grass...
