"I submitted 3 complaint forms on the website and sent 3 emails, and I have not heard from anyone even though they said they will respond in 1-2 business days. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau to place a complaint. I paid for five 750ml bottles of Ron Abuelo 12-Year Two Oaks Añejo Rum and four bows. However, I only received 4 bottles. There’s no worst feeling for a costumer than feeling like a company has stole your money and is ignoring you. —- They eventually responded and I received the missing bottle. Mistakes happen, so I understand the missing bottle, but I don’t appreciate the poor customer service experience."

"My order took almost 3 weeks from order date to arrival which was longer than I had hoped (I live in Ohio). But other than the shipping time the bottle was perfectly protected and exactly what I ordered. I was able to get a barrel pick for a surprisingly good price as well which was a wonderful gift for my husband. I have plenty of items in my cart that I can't wait to get!"

"I ordered some whiskey online to be shipped to me in another state. As mentioned by their website, it took 5 days for my items to leave their store (not including weekends). Once shipped, it was about 5 more days with UPS before they got to me. They arrived very well packaged and without issue. In total it took 10 days from my order being placed until I had them in my hands. I have seen other reviews that mention problems with getting any response when there are issues with their order, since I did not have any issues, I can't speak to that. My experience was good overall. Would order from again"

"I purchased four bottles of high end tequila on December 2 to be delivered well ahead of the holiday season... Despite filing forms via their website as to their whereabouts on December 21, (no there are no humans to speak to despite their assertion that there are), only one delivery made it.. December 28. One bottle looks like it will be "packed" on January 4??? And I have filed a claim for the other bottle as it is MIA - UPS tracking number provided doesn't work. I will never use this company again."
