"I went in to get a puff at this location to walk outside and it didn’t work. I went back with my problem and was told there was nothing they could do. All they wanted to do was make me buy a new one at half price. Why would I spend more money if the first one didn’t work? Not good customer service. Anywhere else I would go they would of exchanged it out."
