"explaining my experience as requested by the owner.. this had been my favorite sandwich spot for about 12 + years under previous ownership. Hadn't been in a while, but just went in to get a sandwich. walked in grabbed a drink (never opened it) and went and waited at the sandwich counter for 5 minutes. there was no one purchasing anything in the store but for some reason the young man working never attending to me so after a few minutes i returned the gatorade to the back fridge (still unopened) and left to go to Busy Bee to get a sandwhich. when I left... the worker (who never came to take the order) chased me out yelling "DONT COME IN THIS STORE WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING, NEVER COME BACK HERE!" .. this caught me completely off guard, considering i just left cause no one was taking my order.. i then parked my car to talk to him and explained the situation and that i didnt steal anything and have been coming here for years, but he kept yelling at me. I gave him a few chances to apologize and all would have been good but he refused. I specifically told him if he apologized all would be good and if he continued to be rude i would review my service. sorry to leave a bad review it was just a terrible experience"

"These guys just recently remodeled the inside of the the place. It's a great spot. The guys that work there are nice and welcoming. They have a massive wall of all types of booze and beer. If you ever ask for something and they don't have it, they are more than happy to order it for you. I enjoy this place."
