"I have signed up for text messages regarding refills and status of prescriptions and I still don’t receive them. They were the ones who repeatedly asked me to sign up. Also multiple times I call and they say something is ready and I drive over and it’s not. Also my brother had major dental surgery(bone graph) and the surgeon specifically called in pain medication prior so he could pick up immediately after the surgery. Of course it wasn’t ready and the girl behind the counter was a witch about it. Finally changed pharmacies. They suck!"

"David is the light shining in the darkness in this awful hometown pharmacy. If you didn't feel bad enough when picking up an antibiotic or psychiatric medication, they will ensure you desire defenestration after speaking to any other staff member. They always put you on hold using their automated service, no matter how many people are working or how many people are in the lines short or long and when they do serve you they are short tempered and rude no matter how polite you are. Go to Walmart if you can."

"They never order my dad's prescription. He's been there to have them order it 3 times and each time they tell him no one has ordered it and either pretend to order it or something goes wrong. Either way, my dad doesn't need to be upset by this as he is old and has high blood pressure. This is a reoccurring problem with many people I know. This pharmacy needs some professionals and supervision. I suggest staying away from this pharmacy, even though they have a drive through it's not worth the problems they cause and have themselves."

"Called to try and save myself a trip. Put on hold. Then someone answered 4 times and kept putting me back on hold. I was never able to ask my question. I came here in person just to learn they are in fact NOT a compounding pharmacy. One attendant for store assistance. One attendant for drive thru. Long wait to be told they can't help. This is why I stopped coming to Walgreens years ago. Very inefficient place!"
