"Heads up for a customers that desire to take items back that they're not going to use even if they're brand new in the they told me that without a receipt that they could not return the items for me.. it was a quite surprised because before you can return them under the same phone number you use to purchase the product.... So find me a located my receipt to the items back in with my receipt then they asked me for a phone number like what the hell I'm bringing you the receipt what do you need my phone number for if you can't use it to take the products back I believe this is just certain people only not for everybody.. therefore I'm going to take my business somewhere else you get treated so much better at O'Reilly with just the phone number they'll see that you purchase the items and make sure you have your receipt though lesson learned"

"My vehicle had been damaged when another vehicle had driven to close and scraped the paint, leaving brown paint on my truck; as a result, I needed to go to 538 N H St, Lompoc, California 93436, today, November 12, 2022, to get some assistance with it. I was in a panic, and inquired for help, an employee who was working there at the time rushed over to my vehicle in order to see the extent of the damage. After assessing the damage, he swiftly provided me with the information necessary to clean the paint and repair the damages. Not only did he alert me about the scrapes, but he actually removed each and every one of them himself using the towel and the compound that I had purchased. He did this all by himself. It wasn't until the very end that he asked if there was anything more he could help me with and then introduced himself as the Store Manager (Julian) that I realized he was the manager. Prior to that, I had no clue he was. In order to be of assistance to me, the customer, he went above what was required of him, and I thank him. I will keep shopping at AutoZone because of their excellent customer service. He actual comfort me in the time of panic."
