"This is a no frills tasting room in Los Olivos you HAVE to visit. For the sake of transparency you have to know that Chris, the owner/host, can come across incredibly blunt and somewhat condescending. That’s only because he’s been in the business for over 36 years and doesn’t believe in the overpriced hype associated with many wineries. He only carries wines from local producers that focus on quality rather than high volume. His tastings are incredibly reasonable in terms of pricing and you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend a visit!"

"This was my first stop on my first wine tasting tour in California . I must say that having been to wine tasting places in Australia , New Zealand and South Africa , I find this place completely disappointing . I found the member of staff serving , may be the manager or the owner to be rude and Lacks the mannners needed to talk to customers . In addition , I felt I have been cheated by a cleverly written sign displayed outside concerning a taste of a specific wine for $ 10 when none was available for sale . Not very nice experience .Beware this place ."
