"I cannot say enough great things about this salon! The staff was WONDERFUL and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. The salon was clean and spacious. Shannon gave me a perfect cut! I have long layers, and I rarely trust people to cut them properly. She did a great job, making sure that they layers were visible, my split ends were gone, and shaped the front layers to my face (which is exactly how I want a cut!). She also educated me about two Aveda products (that I absolutely HAD to take home once I tried them) that would help my split ends. I love them so much and will need more soon! I can’t wait to come back here and get another cut in a few months!"

"I wanted to give an honest review of this place because I really wanted to like it. For starters, they were able to get me in same day, booking was incredibly easy, and my hair stylist was so nice. The customer service was great. The problem is that I paid $110 for a haircut and condition and I left with an uneven bob. I told Xylem the next day and they got me in fast to fix it. I’m very appreciative that they did this. As a result of the uneven trim my hair is MUCH shorter than what I originally asked for. The customer service and stylist were great but for the quality I received at that price point I just don’t see myself going back. (I won’t be naming my stylist as she was professional and so kind!)"
