"I bought a Groupon deal for Crystal Complexion Facial Treatment at this place for my mother's birthday gift. My mom enjoyed the service. However, the deal is for 90 minute facial, but my mom only got 60 minute. And they charged me $1 booking fee with my credit card, when the owner of the place told me there is "no booking fee" over text message. She definitely has to improve on those."
