"These folks are pros! Told them what I like on my first visit, and they did well. By my fifth visit (second time I'd seen the guy that knows his sour beers), they recognized me, asked what I like from the dozen or so single sours I'd picked up. And then, I was recommended a couple of home runs!! I would have NEVER tried a seltzer, for instance, except the experts here gave me a buck off insisting I'd like it. OMG, nailed it.
