"I was a loyal customer for years. the I placed an online order and after 4 weeks of not receiving it, I called them up . They didn't even ship it yet and said they would ship it today. They didn't even offer to do anything to keep me as a customer. Just said we will cancel the order and hung up. They have really become a terrible place to shop. "Ordered a Mid Winters Night Dram, price was over MSRP but acceptable. Order took 3 weeks to be delivered. Support was very responsive at first. They offered quicker shipping to get it to me sooner (it was a gift for an out of town friend). However that never happened. when the date they said my order would be here approached, they stopped responding completely. The order showed up a week later than they said. It would have all been fine if they had just communicated. just super frustrating to to not have the product when promised and they won't even respond."

"Excellent source for Tequila, with a good selection across price ranges. Great beers from micro-breweries with an emphasis on local and some treasures from across the country. The wines are great, not the biggest selection and a full range of price points with an emphasis on the middle ground. The cigar section looks tight, I don’t buy them, but if I did, it looks on par with the alcohol. Litttle known secret, they stock Chili Crunch here."
