"I was at my doctors appointment upstairs for help with an injury that has me in so much pain I can barely walk. I had gone downstairs and was almost to my car when I had to use the restroom. I walked back into the building and this office was right across from the restroom but it was locked. I rang the bell and a blond woman answered. I politely asked for the key to the restroom and she was extremely rude. She criticized me for even ringing her bell, told me the restroom was not her job and shut the door in my face before I could say anything else. As I stated I am in so much pain I can barely walk but I made my way back upstairs and used the restroom up there. I am not saying she was required to allow me to use the restroom however her blatantly rude attitude and the act of shutting g the door in my face before I could even apologize for what was a huge bother to her is not how we should be treating other human beings. Simple kindness and respect is how we should be treating people. If she was this rude to me, how does she handle any conflicts that might arise in her office. What if I was a prospective client, she would have lost my business. She didn’t even ask me if I had an appointment with her or anything else. Again just berated me and shut the door in my face."
