"Pulled up at 9 tonight to pick up meds for my kid. Sign says closes at 10. Employee inside says "we close at 9" but i point to the sign that clearly states 10. She then says "even if i let you in i can't sell you anything." Called the store number and the recording states they close at 10. Then the guy assume is the manager comes to the door and says "we close at 9 now." If you "close at 9 now" why do the signs and even the phone recording still states 10? Seems like the employees took it upon themselves to just stop working early. Such exceptional customer service and employees. Corporate will be contacted"

"I don't know what happened. This was a beautiful store. Fast forward to 2022, and the shelves are empty, most products have no price on them, lack of quality employees. While most brick and mortar stores are building their merchandise back, natomas rite aid seems to be going the opposite direction. Which is too bad. 2023. Empty shelves No customer service. Please try natomas pharmacy on truxel and arena . It's clean, well stocked, and the customer comes first."

"They never have my prescription ready when they say they do. I'll get a text that says it's ready to pick up and I'll get there and still have wait 20 minutes because they haven't even begun to fill it. They've filled the wrong prescription multiple times too. Today was the last straw. I called at 9 am to make sure they would have my prescription filled when I get there so I wouldn't be late to my second job. They said no problem and yet here I am waiting and running late, again. I went two weeks without my inhaler because I don't have time between jobs to wait for them to do their job."

"The store is clean, organized, well stocked and the employees are all polite. I would rather shop at Rite Aid then any other pharmacy. Their renovations have made such a difference and they are well organized."

"While visiting Sacramento from Tennessee, stopped at rite aid which used to be our favorite spot when we used to live in California to get ice cream. It was about 20 minutes till close and the ice cream area had already started to shut down, But there was a worker named Shalini there that had compassion for us in our favorite ice cream place. So she went ahead and left ice cream section open and we were able to get our cotton candy ice cream Thank you Shalini."
