"The first time I came I was extremely happy but I was bit disappointed from yesterday’s appointment 1/11. My original appointment was at 12, I came about 8 mins early and after waiting till 12:15pm, I had to leave because I wasn’t aware of 2 things - 1. The appointment would go past 1:45pm IF they started at 12:15pm. 2. I was just waiting and no idea when they would start the procedure. I took the 12pm appointment because it would have been very convenient to use my lunch time to do it and return back to work. I was rebooked for 4pm the same day but this time, everything was wrapped up in an hour. I was previously been told that the mask after peel would need at least 20 mins to sit. But both the peel and the mask were taken off in half the time (10 mins each) Even though I really appreciate their effort, it would be very helpful if they could communicate and organize things better. But, the positive side are they were very very courteous and also apologetic. The esthetician was very warm and welcoming, I would rate her a 5! Thank you!!"
