"I saw a sign saying the employee would be back in a bit so I’d waited outside for 30 minutes as I just wanted to make a return. I also saw 5 customers try and open the door, wait a bit, and drive even after the 30 mins I waited. I’m not sure when lunch was but I felt bad for the other customers too."

"Good location, short drive from freeway exit. Customer service is great, as it always is at any Sally's I've been to. The shelves are a little empty, though I'm sure we can only blame the corona virus for the shortage of everything lately, but they still had the items I needed!"

"I went to go buy wax beads for waxing and turns out they did not have wax beads yet so I grab this pack of wax and ask if this is for waxing legs and the girl who worked there said yes of course it can be used for waxing. When I get home and try to wax it just started hardening and crumbling of my leg when I touched it crumbled of like candle wax so I look on their website to see what it is and how to use it wax some kind of hydrating wax stuff. So then I go back a couple of days to exchange or get my money back , but I threw away my receipt. So I told them that it was their fault and that I was given the wrong product and they still would not give me the full refund or exchange. The girl who worked obviously did not know the products. I expected more knowledge about the products from such a high rated store."

"These guys are great. I went in there tonight looking for bleach to do my hair. This is my first time doing my hair and I needed a lot of help picking out products that would be right for me.
