"$140 for 2 women's haircut and blow dry. When I went alone $45. She said it was more because our hair was thicker and longer. Mid shoulder length.. Mafaras at the other side of the shopping center does it for $35 and looks better. We all go to Mafaras now."
"Went there with a friend to have her hair cut, was told the cost would be $25.00, which is fine, the problem was they inserted a hidden cost they did not disclosr at the beginning...after they finished the hair cut they said you owe $5.00 more dollars. We asked why? You told us the cost was $25.00, that's the reason we accepted...the woman said it's $5.00 more dollars for drying the hair..we said nothing else, paid the additional $5.00, but we'll never return again..I hate when a business tell you one price but raise the price after you accept.."
"love the owner, she does a great job however she has people working that are still in training school and she has them do your hair without asking you if its okay and she still charges the price she would charge which I honestly think its not right. She should get approval from the customer if its okay or just have them watch vs her constantly telling the ladies they are not doing the things properly. This has never happened to me in the past as Flor is great. Not sure if I will be going there soon. I cant refer people as I don't want them to encounter the same disappointment. This was for the Vista location and work done was a base and highlight touchup. For this particular reason I give them a 3.5 star"
